September 18th 2009 Dr... Annihilate! has disguised himself as a business man and has entered the monorail system at North End in downtown freedom city. What sinister plots will he be hatching on board?! only time will tell!

Ok, so This is a RP thread NO FIGHTING I guess you could say. This takes place September 18th 2009. The premise is Dr. Annihilate is on the Monorail, if there are any Superheros/villains who want to RP you are welcome to be on the train in civilian clothing.

The following occurs between 7am and 8am In a long dark ally hides the great Dr. annihilate. waiting in ambush. "Drat, so this is what Dr...Annihilate! has been reduced to. waiting to accost a lowly pedestrian so as to maintain a degree of Equivocation! When I was known on Enigma a scientist of my superior caliber could get more respect then this!" He was crouched behind a dumpster just at the entrance of As he watched the entrance to the ally-way he saw a business man carrying a briefcase. "Yes this shall do nicely" with that Dr. Annihilate emerges from the shadows and says "good sir, a word if you please" The business-man looks up and adjusts his glasses and says with a slight uncertainty "oh, uh sure what do you need?" he then walks into the ally. "hey what..." The sounds of POW! and WHAM! and KAPOW! are suddenly heard from the ally. Soon Dr. Annihilate appears wearing a bussiness suit and stuffing the remaining parts of his costume into the suitcase by flattening his top hat. He then closes the dumpster lid behind him, straightens his tie and heads for the monorail.

I was wondering If I could add a Complication To Dr. Annihilate Villain PL6: Complication: Hatred Purveyors of information (Universities) Dr. Annihilate hates the fact that knowledge can be learned by just anyone and seeks to control all knowledge for himself. but He especially hates University's since they are the most direct influence of information at people of a mature age. So this is based on the universities (and wont alienate him from the shadow academy)

Checkout After having escaped from the Clutches of the Dr. Arch ville and the Musclebound Atlas. Dr. Annihilate makes his way through Freedom city. Through the discovery of On-star, he has found a direct route to freedom city's Downtown Library. After ditching the care and destroying the on star button he prepares to enter the libary "Curses, I'm here merely here for a few minutes and I am already known by do-gooders of this dimension, this will surly affect my survival ability." he says as he pushes his way through the double doors. "Excellent, a Library, this is where I Dr...Annihilate shall begin my quest to examine this city and its weakness..."Shhh!" A woman, presumably a librarian with thick glasses shushes the evil Doctor who can only give her an evil glare in return without drawing to much attention. With that Dr. Annihilate heads towards the non-fiction section and begins to read vigorously for several hours. Beginning with the History of Freedom city as well as its prominent geographical locations. He also begins reading on books about technology and science. When he reaches a book on the Internet he stops..."This Internet could be a significant key to my victory over this city. I, Dr...Annihilate may be able to use its knowledge to create my most diabolical pla...""SHHHH!!" the librarian has shushed him again. Dr. Annihilate lowers his voice down to a whisper "Curse that insidious librarian, she shale rule the day when I take my revenge on this corrupt purveyor of information" After surfing the net for more information, Dr. Annihilate comes across Freedom City's Freedom college. He then smiles to himself evilly and says "Neaaaaaaas this will do nicely, a place to hide myself in front of the very enemies I seek to ruin heheh!" A practiced scuba diver, he often visited the public beaches along north bay to explore the murky waters with his father John Hatcherson. Fighting for his life to get to the surface he felt dragged down by a sudden pressure on his body and lost consciousness. As he reached his father he found that the dog was levitating through Jason's will over the air and various gases emitting from the bottom of the lake. He found that he could control the pressure of these gases at will. His father encouraged him to attend the Claremont Academy. And so Jason became: The Entropic Cerberus. Personality & Motivation: Jason is motivated to do the right thing and has a reputation as a nice guy. He was motivated by his father to join the Claremont Academy to develop his powers to fight crime: starting with those who dumped the chemicals in North bay in the first place. Description of Powers & Tactics: The Entropic Cerberus has the power to manipulate Pneumatic energy around him. By compressing air or other gases and suddenly releasing them he can manipulate various abilities. His primary ability is to increase his agility and dexterity by applying pressure points around his body. This also affects his toughness and resistance to radiation, extremely low temperatures, High pressure and suffocation. He can further affect his environment by changing the pressure on various sides of an object to create lift as well as fly through the air himself. He can also create small pockets of pressure near himself then release them in an violent blast creating a pneumatic cannon. In general he will usually remain in Reflex strategy until a battle occurs. When he acts he will switch to one of his various strategies (depending on the situation) and react accordingly. If an opponent is attacking him from a far he will usually use his Pneumatic blast ability to knock an opponent down then switch back to reflex mode. If the opponent is still up and far away due to his knock back ability then he will use guardian strategy to keep the opponent off balance until he gets within range with his flight ability. He would then switch back to reflex mood. Then would switch to strike mode to melee his opponent. If there are several opponents around him, Cerberus would his pneumatic blast as an Area affect. If an opponent is close to him he will reverse his ranged strategy. Overall his main strategy is to directly stop obvious threats. But if necessary he will approach stealthily to either recon. an opponent or subdue the opponent stealthily depending on if a situation calls for it I.E. hostage situation. It was bad enough that The one called Archville could fly but it was worse that he was about to double team with Atlas against the captain. It was time to make his escape and collect himself for future actions. Curses! my efforts have been foiled against my first nemesis! I must retreat! There are super powered beings in this city that may be insignificant but do pose an annoyance. Since you are of greater intellect, overcoming these annoyances is nothing but an act of superior science to you. And I sure you already know or have planned this but to act as you are is considered to be criminal by the corrupt institutions that attempt to undermine you. The man stumbles back a bit shaken by the sudden Emergence of a being seemingly more powerful then himself. Date: September 17th, 2009 It is an average day in the west end. the streets are eerily deserted save for a few homeless men and woman sleeping by telephone poles. The rest of it's sleepy inhabitants are unaware of the evil that is about to be unleashed by space and time! Down the the block, near the outskirts of Ashton Mall's parking lot, a large crackling of energy seems to light up the sky even though its day time. The Light soon takes form into a vortex like structure. The swirling funnel forms sideways digging into the pavement yet not affecting it. Soon a figure is hurled from the disturbance and just as suddenly as it appears it dissipates with a loud boom that sets off car alarms for miles. The figure is dressed in a white and red suit complete with top-hat and cape and seems to be slight disoriented. He gets up and begins to speak...as if talking to a crowd though only himself is there to listen. "Zounds! what happened?! The Particle Excelleration Device should have created the necessary energy to power the flux capacitor..." He looks around the parking lot. "What is this? where is the Linden Burg Physics center?! what has that fool professor Grunge done to me the great: Thomas Hazard?!"
