  1. The Interview 1. Where is your hero from? Austin, Texas 2. How would your hero physically describe him/herself? Is this different from how others would? Tall, Brown shoulder length Dreads, Athletic Build 3. Does your hero have distinguishing speech characteristics or recurring mannerisms? A tendency to go on for ages, at times losing focus, but incredibly articulate 4. What is your hero's motivation? To do good, I suppose. The world can use more willing to risk themselves. 5. What are your hero's greatest strengths and weaknesses? My tactical acumen and mastery over what my powers can do. Lack of focus and needing a lot of water tend to hold me back a little bit. 6. What does your hero love? What does your hero hate? Beyond helping people? Games, doesn’t matter if it’s video games, TTRPGs, or even board games, I really like games. However, I do hate political talk. Makes me more heated than I would like, and I don’t know if I have heart problems. 7. How would you describe your character's mental and emotional state? Logical most certainly. Also surprisingly stable, all things considered. 8. What does your hero fear the most? Being eaten alive. 9. What is your character's greatest ambition? To create a game so good it is remembered for generations. And also save as many people I can. 10. How does your hero feel about the state of the world and his/her place in it? Everything seems pretty stable, but stability is pretty fragile. To be frank, I think I’m one amongst a million of other heroes. 11. Does your hero have any prejudices? How does he/she get along with others? I don’t really dislike anyone. I tend to base my reaction on what they do, not what they are. 12. Where do your heroes loyalties lie? In what order? I don’t really have any loyalties right now, but friends are top priority. 13. Does your hero have a lover or partner? How do they feel about the hero now? NO, DON’T ASK AGAIN! 14. Does your hero have a family? What is the relationship there like? I have my mother Olivia, a doctor back in Austin, and a sister in some school called Claremont I think. Don’t know who my father is, and yet he is both me and my sisters father somehow. We get along just fine. 15. How would the people closest to your hero describe him or her? Friendly and goofy, but strangely smart and articulate 16. Is your hero a role model? I don’t think so? It’s hard being a role model I think, and I’d rather do what’s best rather than be a role model. Just me thinking that though. 17. How spiritual is your hero? Does your hero follow a relgious tradition? Empirical, but I am an atheistic jew. 18. Is your hero part of a team, or would he/she like to be? Why? Maybe, mostly because while working with another may seem awesome, I still need my freedom to do what I need to do. 19. How does your hero feel about the place of metahumans and aliens on Earth? I am a metahuman, so my thoughts are already taken for, but aliens on earth is pretty neat. 20. If you could give one piece of advice to your hero, what would it be? To myself? FOCUS ON THE TASK AT HAND!
  2. The News of the ups and downs of the Weekend Man 1.Interview
  3. As he hears the megaphone, he realizes that waiting for Hyperactive may not be the best call right now, and rushes in to the bank, planning on planting himself between the hostages and the robbers. He's not as fast as his ally, but he will make sure that everyone gets out alive. When he does find the hostages, he immediately places himself between them and the robbers and shouts "Stop right there, knaves! I am here to stop this bank robbery at once! Lay down your arms at once and surrender peacefully!" Ok, that may be both lame and cheesy, but I'm here to get the hostages OUT NOW, and I will make sure that that task is completed to my utmost ability.
  4. Ok AA, I'm going to ready an action to use the feat Interpose if anyone of them tries to shoot at the hostages when I rush in there, if that is a legal move.
  5. Putting a finger to his mask, he tries to subtly motion towards the man with the walkie-talkie. "I think they know we are here. Look at the man over there. Notice the walkie-talkie? We are at a cross roads, as taking him out might force the robbers to panic and do something rash, and going in may give them leverage, endangering the hostages." He whispers. "They may be portents to something much larger than a simple bank robbery, which all things considered, is not unusual. At least it's not clowns with military grade gear." That last part was in jest, but it made him think. Why would someone look like a french man when they lead a bunch of western bandits? And more importantly, what in the blazes is going on?
  6. Would a bluff check or a stealth check be required to hide the fact that I noticed him?
  7. "Alright, you do that. Hostages are a top priority." Speedster. Considering what one can do with either enough speed and OH GOD I THINK I'M GONNA HURL! "I think I may need a moment or two before I go in." He said, clutching his stomach. He was not used to the sheer speed and may regret having eaten a little wile ago. "That was a wild ride, but this back door is a boon most certainly."
  8. "Hyperactive? Nice to meet you. Seems you know me, makes things easier. I can offer a bulwark," tapping his tower shield, "blunt javelins, and a hammer as well as tactical advice." As he approached, he was formulating a plan in his head. Approaching head on would be a mistake, and the hostages needed my help as soon as possible. "Think there are alternative entrances? The front is going to be most guarded, and they likely put the hostages pretty far from the front door."
  9. Would I have enough time to make a master plan or no? If applicable: Giving tactical advice: 1d20+17 22
  10. As Roland pulled into the parking lot of the bank, he looked for alternative entrances. "Going in the front maybe a bad idea. Don't know much about the robbers, but could hazard a guess from the horses over there that they may be cowboy stereotypes." He parks as close as he can to the front, gets out, and notices someone at the front entrance. Looks like another hero. Wouldn't hurt to make his acquaintance. "Hey, want help with this merry band of thieves and miscreants?" He shouts at the man at the door.
  11. Roland was driving in Austin, going to one of his old stomping grounds. "I wonder if the old game store is still open. Be nice to see if I can get back into a little board gaming." He kept the radio on news so that when he is needed, he would know. It was then he heard about the bank robbery of the Lone Star Bank. "So a Bank robbery? At that old place though, couldn't stand the decor, but mom liked it, and those hostages need help. Best give these ruffians a thorough rustling." As he said that, he flipped a switch in his car, getting his computer out and ready so he can head to the location. He looked for a secluded area and switched both him and his car into his Hero gear, prepping his gigantic tower shield, several blunt javelins and his trusty hammer. He then typed "Lone Star Bank" into his navigation system and starts heading off to the bank.
  12. I took a look at some of the stuff you mentioned, and did some fixes. I made the abilities more in line with the fluff of the character, and the new change to grapple is lower due to lower strength. Also yeah I overlooked Saves when editing this. Also put total pp spent on Powers into math format for ease of use.

Water Shield (Shield 5) {5pp} (water Kinetic) HydroGeometric Kinesis (27; Flaws: Noticeable, Range (240ft), Feats: Alternate Power 3)[27] (Water, Kinetic) Base Power: Control Element 24 (HydroGeometric Control) {27pp} Alternate Power: Blast 10 (Water Javelin; Extras: Accurate (+2), Ricochet, Range 100; Flaws:Unreliable (uses, can recharge if either using a water fountain/sink for a minute or has 32 ounces of water on him) ) {12pp} (ballistic) Alternate Power: Strike 5 (Water Club; Extras: Accurate (+4), Mighty) {8pp} Alternate Power: Create Object 1 (Water Geometry) {2pp} Does this array look better?
  14. Weekend Man Power Level:10 (150/150PP) Unspent Power Points: 0 Tradeoffs: +5 Dodge / -5 Toughness In Brief: A man with limited HydroGeometric Kinises, but a mind to Make it work. Alternate Identity: Roland Bream (private) Birthplace: Austin, Texas Occupation: Game Designer Affiliations: N/A Family: Olivia (mother), Maria (sister) Description: Age: 24 (DoB: 1993) Apparent Age: 24 Gender:Male Ethnicity: Caucasian Height:6’5” Weight:210 Ib. Eyes:Grey Hair: Brown A tall caucasian male with Bluish clothes and a mask to cover the lower half of his face. He has a large pack to which he holds his water javelins and hammer. His prominent tower shield is crystal clear and only shows minor signs of movement, looking like distorted glass. His glasses have blue opaque lens, hiding his grey eyes. History: Roland was a student at Freedom U when his powers awoken, much to his detriment. As he wanted to finish his education first, he kept the power hidden. However, he was heroing on the weekends, hence his title. Once he graduated, he sought a job at a software firm before becoming more active. He never knew his father, and his mother claims that he is the genetic father of both him and his sister, in spite of there 8 year diffrence. His sister may also be a metahuman. Personality & Motivation: A relaxed man, with a jovial and fun loving attitude with an especially sharp mind. He has a tendency to space out when things do not interest him and will go on about his favored subjects for hours on end if given the opportunity. Powers & Tactics: He has the power of Hydrogeometric kinesis, the power to form water into hardened geometric shapes. Once they are done shaping, gravity takes hold and they become interactable as if they were solid. They are limited by actually needing water, as Roland cannot generate any on his own. That said, Roland knows how to provide water, carrying a large amount of water bottles on him. He is also a planner, prefering to go in when the advantage is his. In combat, he is dangerous at range with his water javelins, and will do well in melee with his water hammer too. On the defense, he wields a massive tower shield to great effect. Power Descriptions: He is a hydrokineticist, but limited in his capacity to making existing water in hardened geometric shapes, of which he can fuse together. He cannot generate new water, and he cannot manipulate them beyond fusing and making them with his powers, however he can interact with them as if they were solid objects, as they truly are. Others can also interact with them as if they were solid objects. An example is that he cannot command water to fly through the air by waving his hand, but he create a water "javelin" by fusing a water cylinder with a water cone, and a water hammer with a pair of cylinders, a long one, and a stocky one. He can also cuff or snare someone by forming geometry around their wrists. Complications: Attention defi...what is that sound?: He has a tendency to lose focus on a task at hand. I CAN-HAHAHAHAHA: Prone to strange laughing fits about the most asinine things. You require more water to construct that!: Requires water to fuel his powers. Relationships: Maria is currently attending a school in Freedom City. He sees her on occasion, mostly to annoy her on a mission from their mother. His mother is also alive and well back in Austin, planning on retiring soon to the nearby Wimberly.
