Introduction

Every day, I have to pretend I'm something that I'm not. Every day, I look in the mirror, and see a stranger staring back at me. Every day, I go out there, before all those people, and throw myself into the spotlight. And every day, I pray for it to end. But I must press on, for my father's sake.

This journal will be something I desperately need- a chance to take off the mask, to be myself, and to clear my head. If only for a little while.
