    Description: Is somewhat unimpressive looking man. Is generally seen in clothing that is unimpressive at best and at worst should probably be replaced . He wares a Large pumpkin mask alongside a trench coat with a few Halloween accessories when in hero(although he looks more like a villain) mode

    History:
    Belonging in a average home with a average middle class family in a average house in South Freedom. All that changed when he was 14 saw a battle between a superhero and supervillain. Then  James knew what he wanted to be. After graduating police academy James was frustrated that he couldn't make any real difference in his home neighborhood and resigned from the force to become an independent private eye. During one of his cases he accidentally was forced to combat with a wannabe supervillain/serial killer. It was only through luck that he survived. The villain's glider accidentally struck a wall damaging the propulsion systems leading to the villain to fall to his death. James has decided to keep the villains death a secret and has started using the villains lair and equipment as his own.

    Personality & Motivation: He main target are People who got away with supposedly unsolvable crimes due to the fact that he hates people bribing their way past justice. He is a very precise person. He always
