Ok on his move he will close the distance and attempt to use his defensive attack. Defensive attack: 1d20+5 16 So no hit, and that means his defense is 17 as well for the round. Link to comment

She has neither feat, but houserules allow for up to +2 on feats like that, even if you don't have them. http://orokos.com/roll/496190 20.
