It's designed to all be done in one round! Initiating the grapple is a Standard Action but the Throw is actually just a Move Action as part of the grapple.

 

Throw: You can pick up and throw your opponent like an inanimate object (see Throwing, page 36). The throw occurs as a move action as part of the grapple (grabbing, grappling, and throwing an opponent is a full-round action).

 

So it just boils down to a melee attack roll, an opposed grapple check and a ranged attack throw. Even if you miss the target of the throw you're still tossing the first guy which is going to hurt when he lands - assuming the first two checks succeed, of course.

Alright! The reroll tags him, so:

Opposed Grapple Check: 1d20+15 22 He's tossed!

 

The ranged attack misses Hooks but Kopesh still smacks into a pillar. I'm not even going to bother rolling it, he's knocked out of the fight.
