recruitment Disaster at the Lab!

I'm looking to recruit two or four PCs for a quick thread. Explosions bloom above the downtown skyline as super-powered mercenaries attack ASTRO Labs! Can the heroes save the scientists? Why is AEGIS on the scene so fast? What was stolen, and where will it end up?

 

Expect threats around a PL 8 range. Preference will be given to Claremont or space-affiliated heroes.

Possibly Starshot, as Space and right PL. 

 

EDIT: Not sure Starshot would meld well with Claremonters; might not work.

Endeavor would answer the call to help scientists to safety, no doubt... and the fact there is the curiosity as to WHY AEGIS showed up...

I don't know wheter or not Jann (Bird Of Arms) would fit with what you have planned, but he's a Claremonter and at PL7, so those work!

I'll gladly skip if you feel he doesn't quite fit in however!

Gauss would fit as a Claremonter.  She is also PL7.

One note on Endeavor's PL, she's a PL 9, but her numbers would make her completely compatible in a PL 8 scenario, perhaps slightly under-powered.

She's due for a refit soon.

Facsimile would be happy to lend a hand and likely to be hanging out with his new friends, Jann, Sakuro and Gauss.
