So, was looking into what you had indicated in chat as Bliss action, and I realize there was little point to her performing a fast startle on the bounty hunter that hit her, as startle just reduces the target's defense, and if you were planning to use shockwave, there is not attack roll.

So, let me know if you just want to go with the shockwave and forget the fast startle.

Okay, per chat, you are using just the shockwave, which is a DC 20 Reflex save for each:  Suul gets a 27, so with Evasion he avoids the shockwave completely.

The melee hunter bombs her reflex save with a 16, but she has Evasion 2, so it is still reduced in half, meaning a DC 20 toughness save.  For that she gets a 24, so she weathers the shockwave just fine.

Okay, that brings up to:

Round Four
29 Sniper (unharmed)
27 Kazzan Suul (unharmed)
21 Melee Bounty Hunter (unharmed)
19 Barrier (unharmed, 1 HP)
18 Ruby Vox (bruised 2, 1 HP)
17 Jaas Bounty Hunter (unharmed)
16 Bounty Hunter 2 (staggered, bruised)
15 Roulette (Unharmed, 4 HP)
13 Bliss (bruised, 1 HP)
13 Station Peacekeepers (4)

Okay, the sniper is going to take a short at Roulette this round, she gets a 26, which is a hit, so a DC 25 toughness save for Roulette.

Kazzan will also open fire on Roulette, autofiring his two pistols, he gets a 27, which gives a +2 bonus for the autofire, so also a DC 25 toughness save.

Meanwhile the Melee Hunger will close back into melee with Bliss, performing a Fast Acrobatic Bluff and getting a 33, Bliss cannot beat that with either Acrobatics or Sense Motive, so is flat footed.  The hunter will power attack (-3 atk/+3 dam), getting a 14, which is just a little over what is needed to hit Bliss’ flat-footed defense, so DC 28 toughness save for Bliss.

Unfortunately due to range penalties, that is still not good enough to spot the sniper.

What Barrier does see is the cyro rockets that froze a section of the market opposite where the fighting all seems to be taking place.

She saw the various attacks from last round (such as Bliss unleashing the shockwave that tore up a section of makeshift stands), and the attacks that just occurred on Roulette and Bliss (although she is not sure where the first shot that hit Roulette came from).  She also sees the four station peacekeepers that are headed toward the fight.

In addition, she can see a figure in the shadows of an alleyway behind the scene of the fighting, along the path the peacekeepers are taking toward the fight.  But she cannot clearly make out who or what that figure is.

Okay, so:

Move Action: Move to a more central position

Standard Action: Create a Barrier seperating the combat area from the outside, and then various barriers inside to block off people from one another, unless that would require the precise feat, in which case ignore the last part.

Talking just as a free action for now, no Intimidation or similar yet.

Okay olopi, given how spaced out everyone is at the moment (ie you are not trying to separate individuals that are in melee or anything, I will say there is no need for the precise feat to do what you are trying to accomplish.

We are going to need Reflex saves for everyone, as they get to try to dodge the effect of being trapped, unless anyone wants to voluntarily allow themselves to get placed behind the barrier (which you can do).

Kazzan Suul gets a 26 for his save.

The melee hunter gets a 16, blown yet another Reflex save, so she is trapped.

Then Ruby will be up Dark!
