A failure in his goals of becoming rich. Adrastos couldn't make himself do the evil Luthorcorp wanted. Considered a mistake, agents from Luthorcorp failed to capture the augmented human. His skeletons density has been enhanced (drawback his agility was lowered), strength and durability however were enhanced. Due to extra hard skeleton he now has the ability to knock people back. Senses were enhanced slightly. His mantra as a wrestler was to ride a motorcycle to the ring giving him great skill at riding bikes. Link to comment

Sounds like a perfectly viable concept. Keep in mind that there is no Luthorcorp in Freedom City, though. There is the Labyrinth, which can & does do such things, and some of their experiments have indeed escaped to become freelance villains and even heroes. Link to comment
