Avenger Assembled
Just for the record, the Grapple check for Perception range powers is twice the power rank - so with Perception-range TK 10, you're rolling d20+20. Link to comment
trollthumper
Yes, what AA said. Go ahead and TK throttle the Wrackhand, if you wish. Link to comment
shojikitsune
Alrighty - Good to know. Heres the TK roll: TK Crush: 1d20+20 40 And it's a beast... Link to comment
trollthumper
Uh, yes. Yes it is. As that's technically an attack roll, you get a +5 on the Opposed Grapple, which means the Wrackhand needs to make a DC45. Which... really, this is just a matter of formality. The Wrackhand is Bound and Helpless. Oracle: 28, Unharmed, 2 HP Harrier: 15, Unharmed, 4 HP Cannonade: 11, Bruised x1, 5 HP Wrackhand: 3, Bruised x2, Bound, Helpless, 0 HP Harrier is up next. Avenger Assembled
Harrier is going to take a full-round action to coup de grace the monster. That'll be a DC 32 Toughness save. If this thing is an acceptable target, he will be doing lethal damage. Link to comment
trollthumper
It is an all-too-acceptable target. The Wrackhand makes a 20, which means it's Dazed and Disabled. As it has Immunity to Fort effects, it does not need to save or die just yet. Oracle: 28, Unharmed, 2 HP Harrier: 15, Unharmed, 4 HP Cannonade: 11, Bruised x1, 5 HP Wrackhand: 3, Bruised x2, Disabled, Bound, Helpless, Dazed (Harrier's Action), 0 HP Cannonade takes a swing at the bound Wrackhand, and manages to hit. The Wrackhand needs to make a DC26 TOU save; it makes a 19, taking another Bruised and having its Daze refresh. Oracle: 28, Unharmed, 2 HP Harrier: 15, Unharmed, 4 HP Cannonade: 11, Bruised x1, 5 HP Wrackhand: 3, Bruised x3, Disabled, Bound, Helpless, Dazed (Cannonade's Action), 0 HP The Wrackhand has just been wrecked, so for a psychic entity of the further ends of the Terminus, it's just staying put right now. Oracle is up next. Link to comment
shojikitsune
Oracle's going to try to crush the thing, squeezing it with her TK for damage. and to maintain her hold on it to prevent escape. http://orokos.com/roll/357360 There it is. 36 is a start. STR 50 telekinesis. Edited January 6, 2016 by shojikitsune reasons. Link to comment
trollthumper
The Wrackhand once again fails the Opposed Grapple check by 5+, meaning it gets wrecked. As the target is still Grappled, it takes damage from TK as a power, not as an attack with a STR score, so that's a DC25 TOU save. Which it succeeds on. Caradoc is up next. Link to comment
Avenger Assembled
Gonna coup de grace again, gonna make it DC 32 again. Do I need to roll to hit? Link to comment
trollthumper
Not even, at this point. And by failing the save by 10 after picking up a Disabled, the Wrackhand is toast. We are out of rounds. Link to comment
Avenger Assembled
We ready to wrap? Link to comment
