Paige is going to use her move action to back away and try to get the protection of distance or partial cover, then she's going to hit him with her Enhanced Damage effect. That's perception ranged, and with the extra boost from her Entropic array is a DC 27 will save.

Hmm. Let's see, a good build for finding ghosts... says the guy playing the necromancer...


Super-Senses 7 (Detect Ectoplasm [Mental] Accurate Ranged 3 [1000 ft.] Radius) [7 PP]


That should likely cover both the direct presence of a ghost and the trail it's left behind as it moves through the TV world.
