Happily, they also left him with very little to say. With the obvious question asked, Steve took a pretzel of his own, dipping it into several of the sauces around the tray - a little belatedly he saw that Erin had broken a piece off first, but he did his best to cover his error by taking a huge bite! So many foods, so many flavors, he thought a little distractedly. As they sat, he was struck by the inescapable thought of the building in flames and those inside torn apart by the screaming pikes of Omegadrones, but this was not a particularly strange thought for the former drone and so he did not comment on it.
