So my character has been finally approved so I was planning on a one-shot PvP to introduce him.

I was thinking of a hero out on patrol or even just strolling about and they suddenly hear a scream. He goes to where it originated from and sees the Bloodseeker standing over a nearly dead person about to deliver a killing blow.

The hero then attempts to stop him.
