Gabe is actually triggering a standard action attack to blast free. There is a bit of debate whether you can power attack inanimate objects (which generally do not require to-hit rolls anyway) but I will allow that and the autofire will certainly apply. So that will be a DC 35 toughness save for the ice. The snare gets a 12, so it blast apart! Link to comment
