Avenger Assembled Posted August 7, 2014 Author Share Posted August 7, 2014 As far as Corbin can tell, this world's World War II seems to have been a full-scale war between an aggressive Soviet Union under the murderous rule of Dimitri Peshkov, some sort of superpowered monster who overthrew Stalin in 1942 and instigated an all-out war with the West which saw the Soviets overrun much of Europe and Africa before being driven back by multiple nuclear strikes - and Peshkov himself is still alive. Western Europe is a charnelhouse and Eastern Europe no better, and it sounds like the US is at war with global Communism across most of the planet - he can find no mention of a Hitler or Nazi Germany at all.
