It's another martial artist with a small style array. I had two and now I have three. The difference this time is that she's a space alien! She has a tail, radio antennae, and can leap pretty high. Assessment with a +20 Sense Motive bonus? Yes indeed. Give her a shot, I'm sure you enjoy her work.

I don't think I've done this before, the most obvious of blends. Granted, a person or two have already done similar builds before. But it felt like time to put my own spin on it. Neither the stronger, the toughest, nor the fastest, she makes up for it by being a master investigator, able to pick a clue when lesser detectives would give up. And although she isn't impervious to damage, her mighty fists will make short work of most street level threats. If you like her, give her a whirl. You won't be disappointed.

You'll notice this and the next three are virtually identical. That's intentional. They're all made from the same base, to show how much descriptors make one build different from another. They're all great socially, reasonably dodge, and largely bulletproof. No knowledge skills because I couldn't think of any suitable ones. But you can drop INT and reapply the points if you have any.

Well. That worked, eventually. What we have here is a PL 7 Speedster who put on a Battlesuit to push her up to PL 10. Before, I'd only use the armor to boost up one side of the attack/damage and toughness/defense splits. But with this one, I've boosted both sides of each equally. Only problem is the Thrown Ball Bearing attack. I don't know how to fix it, so I'll leave it for you, the user.

She's clearly an archer, but the key lies in the owner of this OC. Speaking in the comments below they stated, and I quote, "she basically has minor telepathy/telekinesis as well as pyrokinesis". Rank 6 seems minor enough, and allows the Pyrokinesis to be significantly higher. She also has a masterwork lighter to have fire at hand. I think she's capable, at least. The motorcycle is right out of the core rules, with no changes.

She's a shepherd of humans. She has a special staff to protect the flock. Emotion Control can be used on both allies/the defenseless to boost them up, or on the bad guys to debuff them. Created Objects are both resistant to normal damage, and difficult for those who aren't the Shepherd to move. And of course, Selective Area Blast is a great way to defeat enemies of the flock without hurting them. All in all, an effective build I think.
