Alright, friends, here's the in-progress fluff for an in-progress character!

In Brief: Prodigious, yet powerless, son of sorcerers.

Alternate Identity: Noah Fairborne
Identity: Secret
Birthplace: Arizona
Occupation: Blogger, aspiring writer, storerunner
Affiliations: Fairborne Family
Family: Ezekiel Fairborne, the Warrior Wizard (Father), Anna Fairborne, the Sorceress of Swing (Mother), Elsa Fairborne/Diana (Little sister)

Description:
Age: 23
Apparent Age: Mid-20s
Gender: Male
Ethnicity: Caucasian
Height: 6'0"
Weight: 79Kgs
Eyes: Grey
Hair: Neck-length Black

Upon first sight of Noah Fairborne, one may just ignore him. He's fairly pale, having spent a vast amount of time indoors. His hair, while long, doesn't seem to have been taken care of very. It's quite messy and falls all over his head like some kind of dark mop. His eyes are a bit larger than average, and just that bit more expressive.

In terms of clothing, he dresses very casually, donning jeans, trainers, and a selection of humorous/nerdy t-shirts. In cold weather, he'll often put a nice fluffy coat or bomber jacket. Everything about his wardrobe is generally unremarkable, making it a perfect disguise.

His costume for partaking in acts most heroic follows a fairly obvious motif-"Scientist". He's even gone so far as to include a lab coat in its aesthetic design. It consists of a silver suit, covered by a white lab coat. The suit include boots and gloves, as well as a holster for his most prized weapon: his ray gun. The suit is a two-piecer, the top being separate from the bottom, and is held together at the waist with a belt that generates a force field. As a mask, he covers his eyes with a set of goggles.

History:

For at least 9 generations, the family Fairborne has been a family of magic. Their pure magical bloodline has produced such notable wizards and witches as Oryn Fairborne, the Shaman of the Lion, Marjory Fairborne, the Light Sage, and, more recently, Anna Fairborne, the Sorceress of Swing. So you would imagine that a child born to this family of magicians would possess some serious magical mojo, right?

Actually, no, because their son, Noah, is and was absolutely devoid of any magical power whatsoever. It was definitely a point of major concern among the family. That’s only natural, after all. They were expecting a powerful wizard for a child and were instead given a, for lack of a better word, squib. At least their second child, Elsa, had magic in her blood.

As a result of this development, Noah’s family spent most of their time raising Elsa to become a sorceress. Having amassed a fairly significant amount of wealth, they hired a nanny to raise Noah when they were unable to. That is not to say that they were complete jerks. Quite the opposite, actually. They cared about Noah, but, at the same time, due to their biased views on the world, they looked down on him as the inferior child, due to his lack of magic.

It seemed that Noah noticed this as well, and endeavoured to try and learn magic, despite the futility of the gesture. Yet, no matter how many spells he chanted over a circle of candles or movements he performed with a wand, magic never came to him. Yet he still displayed a desire to learn from the books in his family’s collection, despite them being of no use to him.

Time waits for no man, and soon Noah was grown into a young man. Having long given up on magic, he had turned his keen mind to science, and in drinking of that fountain of knowledge, he had discovered the wonders of technology, and had turned his mind to creating devices using what he knew. He was eager to prove that he was of some value to his parents, and that he was just as capable, even without magic. Having seen that his sister had gone into the business of superheroics under the codename “Dianaâ€, Noah decided to go the same route, creating many devices for his own use, and adopting the name…(Once I think of a name, I’ll put it here.)

This is all still an in-progress thing.

Okay, it's time to get the crunch down. Take note that I was looking at Escalsneerg's Gadgeteer Genius archetype.

Complications:

Motivation-Recognition: The whole deal behind Astro's becoming a science-based hero is the fact that he wishes to prove himself to his magic-using family.

Secret: Identity

The Temptation of Power: Though he does try to act rationally, and has come to terms with his lack of powers, whenever an opportunity to acquire powers presents itself to Astro, he finds himself tempted to pursue it.

Family Issues: They have powerful magics. He doesn't. They sort of look down on him for that.

Pride: He has a lot of confidence in his abilities, even if his family don't.

Hey Dasaka, sorry for not getting any comments up sooner.

So, some crunch things...

In Stats, you forgot the +2 bonus for Con and Wis.

For Combat, it should be 12 +12, though you got the total right.

I see 2 points of equipment bought, but no equipment listed.

For your powers, please move the sub powers for each device under the device.  There are also device and array tags, but I can help add those once the powers are listed under the devices.

As for your complications, some of those seem a little hard to be really useful for a GM to make use of.  In considering complications, you might want to take a look at thread written by Supercape.
