Terminus-powered Powerhouse, PL7

I'll post more detailed fluff later. The basic idea is that he's a Terminus baby. He's a bit of a street kid, very physically active, so physical stats would be good even without the enhanced abilities. I might swap around the charisma and int on the PL7 Paragon build by Ecal; make the character smarter but way less of a people person. Or I could keep it, I'm not sure yet.

 

I have currently removed the weirder/more 'exotic' powers of the Paragon. However! I have added a Disintegration power with the Full Power flaw. The basic idea here is that as he mature, his power set will grow and expand from a more pure powerhouse to the a more usual and 'normal' paragon build. Right now, aside from boosted physical abilities, he can unleash his Terminus energy...but that's about all he can do with it and he has poor control over that ability.
