You may also make a Knowledge (Technology) Roll DC 25 The Device would not even be functional And DC30 It is however a good replica. Outside Tower's Skill. Somebody is helping him! YOu get +2 on your Knowledge Tech roll for each rank of Microscopic Vision, and for at least one Rank of Extended Vision, as it helps you spy the device from afar and in detail. Link to comment

I'ma let Jen have a post to do her thing before Glow questions unfortunate 'terrorist' #1. Another question.. do team unfortunate-terrorist happen to have gas-masks in amongst their SWAT gear?
