Do you really have to answer all the questions? I find some of them a bit disturbing for my character.

Do you mean you find some of the questions disturbing, or you find the answers the Spartan would give to them disturbing?

Either way, sounds like that's all the more reason to answer them, then -- the questionnaire is designed to more fully flesh out a character's history & personality, and in many cases this will mean uncovering some aspects of the character you may not like/the character may not like about himself. But, most all of us have something about our history or personality that we're less than proud of, something we'd perhaps like to change, yes? That's what this can be used for: to find any 'flaws' in the character, so that you can take steps to fix them, if so desired.

And, yes, if you want the extra pp, you do need to answer all the questions. Even if the answer is something along the lines of "this question doesn't really apply/pertain to me" (though in that case you would need to explain why it doesn't apply ).
