Power Descriptions: The Silver Champion Battlesuit, as it says, is a silver battlesuit. It looks like a featureless humanoid and is built rounded. It's wires and circuits are internalized. It's a little bit bigger than Marcus, giving him over a foot of height. When not on Marcus it takes the shape of a computer pad that he keeps with him at all time.

History: Marcus was a child prodigy. He excelled in all courses, but science and technology were his favorite things to learn about. He built his first robot, from scratch, when he was 12. Once the government caught wind of this they recruited Marcus to help them with their projects, specifically Project Sentinel. And help them he did, by the time he was 16 he was in their Project Sentinel's weapons program helping them on top secret projects. Marcus, being the peaceful type, always made weapons that made the enemy unconcious, but never dead. Project Sentinel wanted more deadly weapons though and when he refused they terminated services with him. He had been working with them on a suit of armor that would give them flying shooting soldiers, but apparently they wanted more. Marcus fled the country with his plans. He wanted to use his weapons for the good of mankind, not to kill them. He sought asylum in the United States and was granted it, provided he work with their government. He was placed in Freedom City, a place where non-violence and the good of mankind was appreciated. Marcus enjoyed his stay in the city and decided to use his armor to become a hero.

Personality & Motivation: Marcus is a very quite fellow. He knows what to say and when to say it and not much else. He's nice to those who are to him and avoids rude and hateful people. He likes to help others and to help them for the betterment of people.

Ok!

Mechanically this seems fine to me.

There is one formatting issue I can see: the Blast / Superstrength alternate powers should be listed separately - have a look at some other approved heroes if you need an example of how it should look.

Fluff wise (which is at least as important!) two things stand out - one is that the background is rather sparse. The other is that there is only one complication. There is nothing there that looks wrong, its more that there isn't much there to play off. GMs (should) be looking at this stuff to see how to make a good story for your character, and to be honest there isn't much to go on other than secret agency after a guy with a battlesuit. That's fine, but it will run dry very quickly. Of course, much is fleshed out in actual play, but as it stands this looks like a limited menu for GMs (and other players, and ultimately yourself) to be honest. You may wish to take a look at one or two other PCs to get an idea about how much flesh is on the bones as a rule - although its not so much about a word count, but more about is this guy going to have interesting conflicts?

A minor conceptual point: not something to be enforced but to consider, is that I understand he has designed non lethal weapons, but the battle suit's only two attacks (Blast and Superstrength punching) both (can) do lethal damage. Whilst this is plausible, I would have thought things like a drawback (non-lethal damage only) on a blast (which would mean he couldn't damage objects), or snares, or stun-beams might be appropriate given the "non-lethal weapon" only credo of the designer.
