Harrier goes on 8. I guess he really is slow!
Three Fliers: 27, 15, 11
Flier A: 27
Victory: 25, 4 HP w/Complications
Flier B: 15
Flier C: 11
Harrier: 8, 4 HP w/Complications
The fliers are all about five miles out to sea, making passes individually. (They can easily cover 25,000 ft as a move action, given their flight)
Flier A sees Victory and flies up to him, switches his array to Flight 2, and punches him.
Meh, that's terrible! I'll fiat that's a hit (have an HP, JP) and ask for a DC 25 Tou save.
Victory is having none of that!
But he's not going to attack the one that attacked him, and instead go after Flier B!
The normal deal, fly up, switch to Strike 12, rest to Flight, All-Out Power Attack!

I'm certainly hoping that hits, for a DC 37 Toughness check.
