In his civilian form he wears fake glasses (they're trendy, he says with a small smile) and baggy clothes to hide his physique. He slouches a lot also. In his hero form, he is a tall-walking wall of a man who doesn't need glasses at all. See below.

Power Descriptions: His Life Blast is a large green ball of energy that flies at the enemy very fast. It disrupts the targets life energy and hurts them. His Sickening Touch causes his whole body to turn black and until discharged, when he does hit the target a random infliction will befall the target for a short time. On the other hand, his Healing Touch causes his body to turn white, when he touches a target, the white discharges and the target loses most if not all injuries. And then there's when he turns into a giant bear! He doesn't know what type of bear it is, it's bear he's seen on TV and it's huge. And he can do it, so he does when there are no other answers. His Enhanced Constitution and his Protection have no outward appearance.

History: Harry Walker was a meek kid. Growing up he was a short runt of a kid that would always draw the bullies ire. It wasn't until he started lifting weights and working that he gained the confidence to stand up to his aggressors and protect others from harm. Through out his middle and high school years he was known as one who would protect anyone from anyone else picking on them. It was in high school that he found his calling. Science. Particularly medical science. He wanted to study the human body and how it worked. He wanted to know everything about it. This would start his life long study to become a doctor. He graduated his class with top honors and got a scholorship to learn at Freedom City University.

The last ten years of his life has been as standard as anyone living in Freedom City. Sure you had the obvious yearly Invasion of aliens or demons and whatsuch, but the heroes were always there to protect everyone. He respected that. People would ask him who his favorite superhero was, and he would answer, "the one that saves the day." It wasn't until Spring 2012 that his life changed. There was a citywide epidemic of the water being contaminated and giving EVERYONE superpowers. Harry was not left out of this. He began to feel something inside of him wantinging to get out. In one giant explosion he turned into a hulking beast! If it werent for a couple of heroes helping him he would have gone on a rampage! But he ended up helping people, like a hero should!

By the end of it he was cured of his hulk out and the city was returned to normal as usual. Though he seemed to retain a bit of left over energy. He was shocked by this, but told no one. This was his chance to pay back the superheroes that had helped him all his life, to become a protector of the innocent again. This time on a MUCH LARGER SCALE!

Personality & Motivation: In his civilian form he is a gentle fellow, he always says what he means, but the guy seems like a big pushover. He nice to a fault, some would say overly nice. In his hero form he's much more open and free with his words, like a weight has been lifted off his shoulders. He's still nice, but he doesn't mince words and no one would mistake him for a pushover.

Powers & Tactics: Blast it if it's far away. touch it if it's up close. He a doctor dammit, not a tactician.

Ok, Crunch time!

1. His defence and attack are different when in bear form (due to size of +2 ranks its a -2 penalty to both) due both to Growth and feats. Can you put these in.

His Unarmed Bear Attack Should read (+2 Base including Growth, +8 Unarmed including Growth for +8 in Bear Form) or some such indication of how it works.

Note that Unarmed Attack Specialisation does not apply to Grapple Attacks (only to punches). Therefore his Grapple is +12 (Strength) +2 (Attack Bonus) +8 (Size) = +22 in Bearform.

2. Bearform (again) 8 PP of drawbacks is pushing it here. Whilst of course technically he does have no speech and no hands, these are temporary drawbacks he can flit in and out of as suits him.

As it is part of an array, the frequency of when these are actually going to be a problem is uncommon at best - to be honest they may be better as complications. Could you look at this again. But really the frequency of when that is actually going to be a problem is no more than uncommon (unless you say he is unable to intimidate as a bear, which I find unlikely).

3. One point is that he is PL8 Defensively out of Bear Form. I have no problem with this, but just so you are aware.

Optional comments for you on character:

1. A rank or two in behavioural sciences is not uncommon for any doctor, as they have a fair bit of psychology and psychiatry training. Again, this is up to you.

2. Bear's in M&M Corebook have Scent and Low-light vision. No need for you to get those as you are shapeshifting into the form of a bear, but one to consider maybe.
