Shrike Rebuild!

Main Changes

1) Defense is no longer all dodge. Flatfootedness still hurts though.

2) Focus more on stealth combat rather than PUNCHING

3) Variable array and new feats place a greater focus on skills. Shrike, being an AI programmed by a Cowl who was crazy prepared enough to have a Robot Duplicate built to take over in the event of his death, can borrow some of that crazy preparedness for a time to pretty much max out a skill if he has enough time. The Distracting Flaw makes it tough to use on the fly though.

4) Recovery Bonus, woot.
