To this end, and due to their extremely awesome contributions to the site, Gizmo, Supercape, and trollthumper are now "intern" Refs. They'll be privy to the RefCave, and if they survive that with their SAN intact, they'll start doing more Ref-ly things next month. Welcome to the RedNames, guys -- we hope you survive!
