Crow holds action until Wisp's move, then conducts a co-ordinated attack with Wisp and stunting (in Crow's case) an Autofire Strike. I'll know more after conferring with Azuth - watch this space.

EDIT: And here's the stunt - murdering an HP in it's sleep to get it. Strike 4 [Extras: Autofire [7]; Feats: Mighty; Flaws: Distracting] [8 pp]; Base damage is DC 23 (+8). Rolling to hit...Stunting Autofire! All Out Attack! (+4 Attack, -4 Defense) (1d20+12=31) :shock:

Well, the tag-team beatdown is a solid plan and I endorse it. 1d20+13=26 DC 22 + (autofire) + (combined attack) toughness from what appears to be the single remaining baddy.

Okay. Quinn, with the autofire that should be a +3, which means DC26. The DC 26 beats Wisp's DC24 (I'm assuming the Autofire attack was used; if not, ignore this), and it's close enough for a +2, meaning the attack comes out at DC28. And as it's already Staggered, it's out. We are out of rounds, folks.
