Trio of rolls for Crow here.

Move Action: First, a Startle check! Startle! (1d20+8=15) Creeper 2 has to beat that with either Sense Motive, Intimidate, or Will, otherwise it's caught flat-footed.

Standard Action: Then Crow (hopefully) shoves an Ethereal Drain it's gob:Ethereal Drain! (1d20+8=17) DC 20 Fortitude save vs. TOU Drain. (CORRECTION! It appears Crow cannot use the Ethereal Drain and the Earth Strike since his array is still on the Blast from earlier. Please apply that Attack roll towards the same Blast 4 as earlier; DC 19 TOU save from it if it hits.)

Free Action: Burn an HP.

Standard Action: And finish the one-two punch with a proper Earth Strike! Earth Strike! (1d20+8=21) And that's a DC 23 TOU save if it connects.

The Creeper beats the Startle, makes the first Toughness save, and makes the second. So it's still in the game.

All right. The Elephant's still Stunned, so we're at the top of the round and Cannonade's action. He'll take a -5/+5 All-Out Attack/Power Attack combo, reducing his Defense to +4 and upping his Damage to +14. It hits, and the Elephant needs to make a DC29 Toughness save. And it does.
