Aiko Karakuri had routine of sorts, she'd fallen into it months ago. At least thirty minutes a day spent on personal maintenance, basically the entirety of the gynoid's version of keeping up a healthy exercise, diet and sleeping routine. Another thirty to forty minutes or so spent just browsing the web, which translated into a bit more than twice the possible man-hours a human could spend on it given the speed her mind speed through the data. An hour spent on the blue haired young 'woman's' business, doing translations on commission, cleaning up scans in the process, and on occasion doing mechanical work/repairs.

Then the remaining 20+ hours were spent pouring over the intricate coding which governed her unfortunate siblings. The pseudo-teen had already spent hundreds of thousands of man-hours, high mental operating speeds were useful at times, slaving away but success still eluded her. More often than not spending the entire day in a robotics workshop beneath Claremont the blue eyed robot didn't venture out of sight of the lifeless and still forms of her sisters if she could help it. But today had been one of those days when she did need to.

As she was finishing up after servicing and tuning an engine for one of the students, and for a slight bit monetary compensation of course (parts didn't grow on trees after all) some small part of her mind understood she had problems, plural that is. But still, the main part of her ignored that and once more headed back to try and find some way of copying a miracle.

Where as the blue gynoid had something of a stable routine, Warrens felt at times to be a chaotic mess. Band Practice, class, Archetech. It felt like at times that it was a mess. A good, worthwhile mess, but a mess none the less. Usually at this time the Guitar Genius would be flying high above the skyscrapers and traffic of Freedom with an ear open to to first sign of trouble. Instead, he had chosen to wander the halls of Claremont, his mind racing through the distorted sounds and equations that made up his ideas and plans from everything to new amplifiers to theories of making a new hyper-dense metal via dumping raw material into a black hole and teleporting it out once it had been crushed (the logistics of getting it to work without dangerous consequences were proving difficult however).

He sighed as he continued to lug his guitar case out of habit. His mind still buzzed and clicked away until his passed a door. He reached as far as his memory went, but could not recall ever seeing it open. Or leading down into what looked like a shadowy basement. Finding something that managed to break him from his thoughts, he peered down the the passage, his curiosity starting to peak. Not long after, he started making his way down without much of a thought. He might get into trouble with the school, but he he found that he could not remember this part of the school being out of bounds for regular students. "Lets hope I don't turn into that cat from that old saying." He muttered as he turned and stopped, eyebrow raised at what he was seeing.

"...What the hell?"

The room in front of Warren seemed some kind of mix between a hospital room and a workshop of some kind. Well maintained tools hanging from the walls and mostly covering a few benches. Nuts, bolts, washers and sundry were in evidence in the open drawer of one of the cabinets. Cables and wires were also quite in evidence. On the wall just opposite the entrance was a poster portraying and labeling the Angel Androids, posing and smiling for the camera. And as more or less the centerpiece of the room two of those depicted on the poster, the blonde and black-haired one, lay resting on a pair of hospital beds. Still dressed in their somewhat old-fashioned 'sailor' style school uniforms the pair looks like they might be sleeping, expect for the fact there's no rising and falling of the chest to indicate breathing.

Warren did not remember hearing anything about anyone housing Angel Androids in the school. Was this a plot by Doc Otaku? He thought about it for a moment. It did not seem likely. Perhaps one of the hyper-intelligent students managed to get a hold of these two and investigating them. Seemed likely, but he was still cautions about it. He crouched down on the ground and opened up the Guitar case. Warren carefully took his guitar out of his case and let it hang loosely with his hand hovering over the on switch. He kicked the case tot he side and slowly approached the gynoids. The sounds of his own footsteps and heartbeat helped form his sound Barrier as he drew closer. It would not surprise him if they could automatically activate, even if someone had been doing work on them.

Wonder if the rumors about them being...On second though, thats too creepy to know. He though with a shudder as he studied their outfits and made his way to their faces. He did have to admit, he was good at making them look somewhat realistic. Managed to advert the uncanny valley effect. Somewhat anyway. Looking at them as they were right then and there, it felt a little surreal and more than a little disturbing to be this close to someone that looks dead in a way..

The moment Karakuri saw the door was open she knew something was up. Her no longer quite so clear mind didn't recall that she'd 'simply' forgotten to close it when she left, so the gynoid jumped to the conclusion that mischief was afoot. A quick look at the door mechanism showed no signs of a forced entry, meaning whoever did it was either skilled or had powers of a more subtle nature than brute force. In either case she had to protect her sisters, so the blue haired one quietly went down the stairs without giving the command to turn on the lights. When the gynoid reached the bottom she saw the intruder, and without pondering the situation for more than a fraction of a second arrived at a conclusion: this man was here either for her or her sisters.

With a cry of "Away from my sisters!" Aiko launched herself into a flying kick, her right foot rebounding slightly from the intruders head and she slipped into a more proper fighting stance.

Rift was only able to turn his face towards the Gynoid only for his vision to be filled by a full on kick to his face. It was well placed and quite strong as the Guitar Genius was covering his head in pain, his sound barrier flickering around him. "Oh gear g-What the hell are you talking about?!" he shouted as he tried to manipulate his own voice and wrap the soundwaves around the android. Though it seemed that blow to the head had thrown him off his game. His concentration was weak and the sound just faded before it could even start wrapping around her.

The Guitar Genius's words weren't making it through, not immediately at least. Instead Karakuri was in the midst of flipping up to and off the roof of the room to attack from an unexpected angle. Unfortunately she realised just as she was in the process of pushing off from the roof that her current angle of attack would result in her crashing into Aki's bed if she missed, and possibly if she hit but couldn't push off again properly. So the gynoid was forced to make a very quick, and a bit dirty, correction which ended up causing her to miss. But at least she missed both the beds and the intruder.

Rift was only able to duck a split second before he could get another kick to the head. He quickly unslung his guitar and switched it on. With a quick strum he was able to summon forth a torrent of soundwaves towards the Blue Android. Focusing for a second, he quickly managed to wrap them around her and constricted her as best as he could. He was doing better this time, considering he just took a massive blow to the head. "Are you going to stop with the psycho jumping martial artist routine and calm down?" He said as he tried to keep his hold on her.

Suspended in midair by her opponent's mastery of sonic vibrations Aiko struggles for a few moments, discovers she's unable to make any headway towards freedom. So, with escape at least temporarily out of reach the gynoid relaxes; no sense in damaging her servos for no gain. She took a second to replay what he'd said from the moment she entered before saying anything. Then, using a digital command to actually turn on the lights, she took a deep breath, actually just using the simulation equipment she had for it, and replied. "Alright, as long as you don't try anything with my sisters." At this point the more organised parts of her mind had gotten their cohesion back a bit flagged who the young man in front of her. A faint but to the young man noticeable look of recognition spread across Karakuri's face. "Warren?"

"If I was planning on something, I wouldn't bother trying to restrain you like this." Warren said as he kept his grip on the Android. He raised an eyebrow when the girl recognized him. How did she...Band, right. He thought that came with a mental facepalm. "Well, you look familiar...Wait, aren't you that Karakuri girl everyone keeps talk about?" He asked. Apparently her reclusion made it a bit hard for Warren to place her, though the description of a girl that wore all blue did ring somewhere in the back of him mind.

"I was not aware I'd acquired any kind of fame or notoriety on campus, but since I know of no other with that name I do suppose it's me." Aiko had noticeably calmed down by the end of the sentence. Internally she'd been reviewing the recent events, examining the context more closely and evaluating her responses. The find just slightly further back in the memory banks that she'd left the door open put a rather different slant to everything else. The rather unplatable truth was that she'd gotten sloppy. "And now I, Aiko Karakuri, must apologize to you Wilder-san. My violent actions against you were a result of hasty and mistaken conclusions built on faulty foundations. That does not excuse them, but I hope it goes some way to explaining them."
