Establishing a high roller(OOC)

Just thinking of the possible casino games open to players. The easist to do would be Blackjack, but I figure to use a d13 to represent the game where J, Q, and K are represented by 11, 12, and 13. Make two rolls with no mods on it for the cards dealt to you. If you wish to make a hit, roll again until you wish to stop. Once your score has been decided, roll for the house. House stops on a score of 16 or better.

For example:

First two cards (1d13=2, 1d13=8)

this is only a ten so I decide to roll again.

Third card (1d13=4)

I decide to play it safe and stop here.

I then roll for the House.

House first two cards (1d13=13, 1d13=12)

The house ends up with a King and Queen, winning the hand.
