Right, so, I'm gonna give this guy a shot. Tentative working name is "Cobalt Templar".

Big thing here is that I want to make sure the Power Drawbacks are done correctly. My theoretical plan is to, as time goes on, I'll actually buy off the Drawbacks, representing him gaining a better hold on both himself, and his power.

I have some ideas for backstory, name, etc., but right now I want to make sure my powers math isn't off.
