Alrighty, reconfiguring array (free) to 8 ranks S.S. and 1 extra flight. Utilizing Move-By Action to get to the van (move), kick it at her (standard) and fly up to the ceiling (move).
AoA +5 vs Mongrel Angel's Def 18 (1d20+13=31) The attack is two lower since my ranged is only +6, but it didn't matter. DC 29 Toughness. :)
Round 1: Toughness save vs DC 29 (1d20+15=28): Bruised
Going to just move up into the air and launch an attack of my own: Round 1: AoA 4, PA 2, Blast [Holy], DC 30 if hit (1d20+12=15)

Oh snap! I actually made it! Toughness vs Mongrel Angel's DC 30 (1d20+14=30) I'm surprised. For a tank, I usually roll such crap on Toughness. :oops:
Standard: Rip loose cable.
Move: Circle the arena.
I'm debating the appropriate length of the steel cable. Given how fast the two characters can move, it really isn't that important. ;)
