We Didn't Start the Fire

I'm looking to start a storyline, potentially with other heroes. The essence of it will be that Firebug, (thanks, Archy) pyromaniac member of the Thieves' Guild, has been up to his favorite past-time, creating a rash of building fires throughout Freedom's City's more destitute areas. Ironclad will investigate and determine that, yes, it is Shawn Hensley doing this. At that point there'll be a confrontation; but, given the power disparity (PL 6 vs PL 10) I'm hoping to recruit some fellow heroes to help with the beat-down -- and the investigation, if you're willing.
