To avoid further confusion, here are Carbon's current form and stats:

In addition to starting HP, you are awarded 2 more HP for 1) the monster specifically attacking the civilians and 2) the other 2 monsters causing general mayhem.

Also these 3 creatures are relatively spread out, so you can just declare yourself to be near whichever one you want to attack and/or mess with.

DC 24 Fortitude vs Transform

If that hits it'll lose Growth and Strength and Constitution and gain Shrinking until it's Tiny and has 1 Strength and 1 Constitution. It will also have no hands because it'll look like a kitten.

I'm taking ten for Gather Info with Well Informed for a total of 20, so I'd guess I at least know enough about everyone else here to recognise them even if I haven't meet them. Just so people know.

Burning a HP to surge and Demoralize it, taking ten for a total of 27. (Unless I don't get to do it mid charge, which would be disappointing)

Round 1: Charging PA 5, AoA 4 Unarmed against the Turtle thing. DC 33 if hit. Defence reduced to +0 until next round (1d20+10=22)

Alright, Midnight's still on his motorcycle, so he's gonna drive up and freak the turtlely thing out with a DC 29 Demoralize. I assume the Drive check (25, Skill Mastery) constitutes his move action.

What's the DC on the attack? For future reference, this is something that should be included in the roll notes. It does hit btw.

Spending an HP for Ultimate Diplomacy. That's DC 40; enough to move a Hostile target between Friendly and Helpful.
