My understanding is that using "minroll 11" means any rolls of 1-10 is treated as 11. Which isn't strictly what using a HP for a re-roll is.

If that's the case, then yes. You would be correct. I was under the impression that it was doing something more along the lines of:

roll 1d20

if result < 11

reroll 1d20

ad infinitum

That could be what it's doing, but I honestly don't know. And since I don't know, I advise people not to use the minroll feature.
