"Do any of you know any criminals with access to teleportation technology, or who possess the power to teleport themselves? I guess that's where I'd start."

"Could be someone who's interested in cocoon, chrysalis, and who's got the connections and/or resources to get their hands on a piece of tech, or services, from someone who could do it."

"I could tap what contacts I have to see if I can dredge up something while you run your tests. I'm not exactly the sciency type."
