Right tool for the job (Or "I Have just the thing!")

I'm looking for a way to model the stuff Ace has collected or has access to through contacts. Basically after years in the hero biz he has old gizmos and devices from past adventures as well as artifacts and salvaged trophies etc. My first thought was something along the lines of the inventor feat but he's not actually making the stuff just accessing it.

Would connected cover this? IE can connected be used to get a temporary (for one thread) device? How best woudl this kind of thinge be modeled?

Yup. Gadgets is the 7/rank variable (Multiple powers of any type or descriptor at once) brought up to Continuous and given the Device flaws.
