Somebody call for a detective?

Kevin sees Sabrina get hit once again with a laser or something, and though she looks like she might be able to take more punishment, it definitely isn't much more. He grits his teeth, lowers his shoulders, and charges at the woman in the armor. He hits her with his left shoulder and bounces off. She whips her head around to look at the new threat.

"I just had a car hit me, and that didn't hurt me. What did you think you could do?" she asks Kevin. He smiles, though he's favoring his left shoulder.

"That wasn't to hurt you. That was just to distract you," he says. He just hopes that Sabrina can take advantage of the opening he provided for her.

Unfortunately for Kevin, he didn't see that Sabrina had already been knocked back. Number 2's glance assured her that she didn't have to worry about Sabrina for the moment, but the normal person needed to be dealt with swiftly. She reaches out for Kevin, grabbing him quickly. He has no way to deal with her overwhelming strength as she lifts him up with one hand.

"I hate people who poke their noses where they don't belong," she says to him, then tosses him away over the stopped cars. He flies nearly 100 feet, which is a blessing in some ways. It gives him time to curl up in mid-air before he bounces into the windshield of a red coupe, smashing it into thousands of pieces. Thankfully, the safety glass holds rather than leaving all of those shards embedded in him. He groans - still conscious, and therefore still alive, but definitely stunned. He thinks to himself woozily, "Well, that didn't work so good."

Sabrina shook off the dizziness and focused back on what was going on just as she saw Kevin flung across the street and crashes into a building. With a quick movement, practiced in years of soccer, the young woman was back up on her feet. The ground shook as she landed back on her feet.

With long strides, she closed on Number Two, bringing her massive right hand up. “Big mistake not making sure I was down!†She said as she put everything she could into her swing.

Kevin shakes the cobwebs out of his head. He's been hit hard before, but it doesn't feel like he got his bell rung. It takes a second for him to figure out which direction the fight is, and he rolls off the car's hood to the ground. Moving a little unsteadily for a moment, he starts to run back towards the fight, keeping his eye on Amazon as she tries to do the damage that he can't dish out.

Kevin grimaces as Sabrina goes down hard from the impact. He can't see her behind the cars, and that means he can't try to heal her from a distance. He ducks down behind the cars so that Number Two won't see him approaching her, then runs as fast as he can.

For her part, Number Two sniffs, then makes her way as quickly as she can towards an alleyway. She's out of sight by the time Kevin reaches Sabrina.

He looks down and notices that she's back to her usual size. He puts his hand on her shoulder, healing her back to consciousness. If he succeeds, he removes his hand from her shoulder and says, "Easy, she got away." He doesn't sound too happy about this either, and a sonic boom echoes overhead as something breaks the sound barrier. His posture is defensive, like he's afraid her first reaction will be to attack whomever is closest.
