I'm pretty sure you can't have Power Loss (flight) unless your minions have the Flight power. Of course, points don't really matter for the minion NPCs, but just so.

Dil started projectile vomiting at 6:00. :( I'm not sure when she'll feel up to posting. I'll keep you posted here, but she'd probably appreciate a call tomorrow. :)
