N/A Posted October 28, 2009 Share Posted October 28, 2009 Fixed. Not quite. The Rapid feat is "Quickness (Flaws: Limited 2 [One Task])," for a final cost of 1PP / 3 ranks. That's why it goes Rapid 1 = x10, Rapid 2 = x100, Rapid 3 = x1,000, etc. Rapid 6 is equivalent to Quickness 18, or x1,000,000. The Quickness chart stops at rank 20 (x5,000,000), but it's easy enough to extrapolate. If you really want Rapid 10, that would be equivalent to Quickness 30, or x10,000,000,000. Link to comment

N/A Posted October 28, 2009 Share Posted October 28, 2009 If you're just going with the Memory Alteration level of Mental Transform, not the "shift around all their mental Abilities" or "remake their personality" levels, it's 2PP/rank. With Perception-range and Continuous Duration, that's 4PP/rank. You can afford 11 ranks of it, 10 if you add the Subtle feat. Link to comment
