Dr Archeville Posted January 30, 2009 Share Posted January 30, 2009 Neither. It wouldn't be a Drawback because it's not even that much of a limit. At best it'd be a Complication, if that. It's not an Array of Limited Emotion Controls for the same reason that, say Blast (Flaw: Only vs. Blondes; PF: 2 APs) AP: Blast (Flaw: Only vs. Brunettes) AP: Blast (Flaw: Only vs. Redheads) doesn't work -- it's not really a flaw in a case where you can switch it around.
