To clarify, Artificer made a circular wall (extending from him, so from overhead it looks not unlike a question mark), not an enclosed dome.  He doesn't know if Bird-Man's friend or foe, and doesn't want him trapped in a dome with Gator-Man!

 

Toughness save is 1d20+9: 27 [1d20=18], so fails by 3.

Millennium Mall is a three-story affair; For narrative convenience I'll have Nocturne be on one of the upper walkways. She could just wall-walk her way up to line-of-sight anyway!

 

She'll try a Move Object grapple on the gator man.

Ranged Attack Roll: 24

Assuming that hits, time for a grapple check.

Grapple Check: 25

 

Not her best, but we'll see where it gets us.

Okay! Muirne is gonna use her Dimensional Super-movement paired Speed to get past the ice wall, before switching array powers to Grasping Shadows

She's gonna have it snare the Aliengator, anchored to the ground and ice wall and then wrap the remainder around the interior of the ice wall to keep the shapeable from doing something regrettable.

Just a question, though, since Create Object is touch range, you'll need to get up close to use it on him, right?

Artificer's touching the wall he's Created, which I'd assumed would be sufficient.  If not, then either a] he could use Transmutation to alter its shape as described, or b] he could (I believe) move close enough to Aliengator this round to do it.

 

Toughness save 1d20+9-1: 19 [1d20=11], which fails by 11, putting it at "Disabled"!

Okay, Muirne is sticking to Phased Strike on the Shadow Channelling Array, but is switching Schattenwelt Drawing to 

Base Power: [8 + 7 + 2 + 2 + 4 = 23PP] Additional Descriptor(s): (Partial Transformation)

Elongation 4  (Extras: Projection) [8PP]

Super-senses 7 (Life Awareness; Descriptor Frequency: Very Common; Sense Type: Mental, Default: None; Extras: Accurate, Ranged; Feats: Uncanny Dodge [Life Awareness]) [7PP]

Super-movement 1 (Swinging; Extras: Linked [Speed (+0)]) [2PP]

Speed 2 (Extras: Linked [Super-movement (+0)]) [2PP]

Super-movement 2 (Permeate, Wall-Crawling) [4PP]

 

And is gonna spend a HP for a move action to get adjacent to him (I am assuming that Permeate and Wall-Crawling mean that this is possible even with the restraints) to then do the full round coup de grace action. So auto-crit gives +5 to DC to make it DC28 Toughness with a DC10+Damage Bonus (Which I am assuming counts the +5) for a DC23 Fort save or be knocked out regardless of Toughness roll.
