@Nerdzul I've listed the effects on suffocating on the list. You will have to make a DC10 Con Check on Red's turn to recover and have some penalties, including only being able to either use a standard or move action on your turn. Just make the Con check after your actions on your next turn.

To avoid too much double posting I'll put Trawler and Fearmaster's actions in the same post from now on, even though Nevermore's happen before Fearmaster.

 

Trawler

Move Action: Move away from the rest of the group to prevent another group attack

Standard Action: Fire a Steel Mesh Snare at Nightscale: 16, that's a hit.

Nevermore II

Notice vs. DC25 to spot Red: 28

Knowledge History check to try to recognize him, with a circumstance bonus from Raven Legacy benefit: 17+4 from Eidetic Memory = 21. Recognized, due to the bonus: He is the Red Death.

Standard Action: Fire a Snare at the Red Death: 13, miss

Free Action: Switch City Movement array to the grappling line.

Move Action: Grapple towards a building, stick to it, before getting to the ground.

Standard Action: Perception Range Nauseate on Madame Raven.

Arright. Muirne is gonna try spotting Red Death, 1d20+12 = 25 hot damn! She does see him though!

 

Next, Extra Effort (Spending a PP to not be fatigued) an Alternate Power to her Super-movement 1 (Dimensional Travel [Shattenwelt]) [2PP] for Teleport 1 (100ft.) [2PP] and teleporting to him, after which she'll switch to her Shadowbeast Form and attack, Damage 7 (Extras: Affects Corporeal [8 ranks]; Feats: Affects Insubstantial 2 [Full effect], Incurable, Mighty, Variable Descriptor [Bludgeoning, Piercing, and/or Slashing Damage])

Descriptor is Slashing.

Move Action: Put distance between himself and Nightscale

Standard Action: Shoot at Nightscale with his Stinger Gun: 18

@Nerdzul Give me a DC22 TOU save vs Damage. It bypasses your Impervious Toughness with Penetrating 3

 

Red Death

Standard Action: Shoot a pellet at Shadowborne: 32, that's a Crit. It affects you while Insubstantial, since its a gas (and it has that extra).

@Kaede Kimura Give me a 23 Fort Save vs. Paralyze.

Move Action: Leap from his current position, go into hiding again. DC25 Notice needed to spot him again.
