Many, apologies guys.  Move Object 9 (Magnokinesis; Extras: Area [Cone], Selective; Flaws: Metal Only, Limited Direction [Attraction/Repulsion])  should cover "yoinking" the Royals' guns towards Gauss yes?

That'll do yea.  The power stunt will leave her fatigued at the top of her next round (you can burn an HP then to clear it)

With the Royals disarmed the uninjured 88's are going to make a run to hide in the crowd.

Shooting Star is going to fly after and grapple one. Using all out attack for a +4 bonus, her attack bonus is now +7 and her defence bonus is +0. Taking a ten to hit makes her result is 17.
Running on the assumption that she hits, her grapple check is 1d20+21= 38

Alright.  Make a DC 15 notice to pick them out of the crowd and you will succeed on the grapple.

That'd be one of the Royals at this point but they are in move acton range so you can move and punch.  Toughness save is 18 so one is KO'd
