Transform?

I want to make a character who collects the souls of the dead. The character would trap these souls in little trinkets. The character would use the soul trinkets to gain everything the dead person knew mentally and physically (ie the character would fully turn into what the soul was in life) though the character's concious would still be there. Now for the hard part. Shapeshift and Metamorph dont allow flaws. Alternate Form and Mimic would be too expensive. Would Transform be in order for what I'm thinking?

No, because Transform turns something else into something, not the user into something else.

Sounds like what you want is Mimic with the Channeling and Tainted Flaws.
