well that's not a trait it's a power so enhanced trait wouldn't apply.  Boost can apply to powers though so that would work.  I'm not a fan of limited like that on power stunts by and large but this is mop up so we'll go with that.

Jack is up aura effect will trigger.  

they get a 28 and 18 on the toughness saves  staggered one is bruised and once again dazed.  the other makes the save and continues to struggle

I am not sure what I need to roll while they in a grapple. I assume just regular attack roll?

If all you're doing is straight str damage you can automatically inflict while you control the grapple.

Alright so if I read that right they both make DC 25 toughness saves.

Yea if you're just inflicting damage.

 

They get a 22 and a 28  So another bruise for the non-staggered one.

 

Both struggle to get free on their actions and can not 24, 24 24 is less than the 29 minimum jack can roll.

 

Jessica is up.  Top of her round they'll take the hellfire damage again.

 

DC 23 Toughness saves 13 and 31  both now staggered

To avoid the risk of this running out out longer than is thematically fun @Jack go ahead and have Arctos finish them off this round.  They're not gonna break out of the grapple some combination of hte fire and smashy will finish them.
