The Arsenal

 

The Arsenal is a group of mercenaries consisting of a combination of low-powered super-humans and highly-trained normals with specialized gear. I have used them in a few threads in the past (and had planned to use them in a couple of others but never got around to their appearance). The group originally appeared in a Dark Champions sourcebook, Justice, Not Law, where they were a far grittier, Iron Age group of killers consisting of former special forces and other military types. I clearly moved them away from that version, excluding many of the original members and adding others in their place, while leaving some original elements. I also took some inspiration from the Serpent Society of the Captain America comics in the late 80s/early 90s in choosing to focus on lower PL for the majority of the members.

Notes:  Blur is a speedster from West Africa. He began his mercenary career in several of the conflicts within Central Africa before being recruited by Arsenal. Like most of the members of The Arsenal, when working Blur wears a black outfit with black combat armor, which does not seem to slow the speedster down in the least.

While operating there, she encountered some members of Arsenal and eventually began working with the group.

Notes:  Adiri is a humanoid female that vaguely resembles a Lor or Terran, with long dark brown hair and a light complexion. Notes:  Amikai is a humanoid male with thin sharp features, black hair and pale skin. He has several intricate tattoos on his head and other parts of his body in a red ink. Like most of his race, Cor is stronger than most average humanoids and very durable. He also possesses unusual psychokentic abilities, which allows him to create melee weapons as well as barriers and walls that he uses to trap opponents.

Her armored form provides her considerable protection, and she can form plasma blades from her robotic hands.

His cybernetic limbs make him much stronger and faster than the average Lor and he is extremely well trained in combat, preferring melee weapons (generally a sword).

PL 7.5 on the ground, but PL 10 in a space fighter (slightly less in a larger spacecraft). The high attack bonus for vehicle weapons is to offset the size penalties from the vehicle.
