Move action to move, but more pertinently, letting the Void feast on the Troll which might even slow the thing down. Its perception range so automatic hit, and DC 20 Will Save (Emotion: Despair)

Still, the troll is suitably startled by the visual of the Void, losing a step. You're slowly catching up, but it is faster than Lament. Just running won't be enough!

1-2: Fall to its knees in shock. 3-4: Try to touch the mound of bodies. 5-6: Go into a rage at the sight.

So keeping on running but also using Suffocate 5 (Extra: Cloud) power, which should linger for the next round. If he fails the save, Lament will keep the effect going with sustained duration.

Yes, suffocate can be! So Lament will keep that up as a sustained duration now, and keep running. Hopefully the half speed will help!
