He can be contacted at the Eclipse club in Southside, working as a bouncer. Goes by the name "Bel". Initial reports say he's pretty strong and tough, not superhumanly so but more than ordinary guards can handle, and he can fly and project some sort of fiery blast. Further reports indicate he's actually some sort of demon -- red skin, horns, claws, fangs, bat-like wings, tail, the works! But he doesn't seem to know much if anything about real magic, so maybe he's just some metahuman who happens to look like a demon, or it's some guy in a fancy suit.
