Mommy's Boy: He loves his mother and would do anything to appease her. They have a direct line to each other, he knows her will.

Vanity: Everything is about aesthetics with ADONIS. Not that he won't hang around those with lesser looks, he would just try to make them look better.

@Blüdhaven Bystander Oh without any doubt. But I just want to know what your reason for choosing it is. Is it for the complications of someone being the target for multiple levels of divine wrath?

Also, his Attack bonus is very low, and his Strength is very high, but I don't see any of the several ways you could use the high Charisma to his advantage. With Bluff he could have a very strong chance of just Flat-Footing almost everything with an organic brain he came across.

It's really hard to explain some people in words. Adonis being the child of the goddess of beauty, this will be no simple task. He's a tall and slim build, but he's not thin by any means! His muscle is proportionate through out his body. Arms, legs, back, abs. His skin is a warm tone of white, seemingly like he has a light full body beach tan almost year round. His hair is long enough to reach the the top of his back, straight and flowing. His eyes are an otherworldly shade of blue. They lock eyes with whoever he's talking to or is talking to him, with rapt smoldering attention. He rarely ever isn't smiling. It's not a big grin, but a slight smirk, like he has ulterior motives. He has light brown hair on his chest, arms, and legs, barely noticeable. His voice is a smooth melodic tone. Everything he says sounds like it's the best thing ever. From stirring his peers to (more likely) trying to woo someone.

His style is dependent mostly jeans and a form-fitting tshirt, but he dresses down in warmer weather, beach shorts and tank, if a shirt at all. He hasn't gotten a costume yet!

History

Donnie Rhodes was a faithful worshiper of the Greek gods. His patrons, he believed, helped him rise from some slum kid to the CEO of multiple companies. Still, he lways felt a bit lonely at the top. Though he didn't think any mortal would solve his plight. So, he used magic to summon various gods. At first it was smaller ones, just so he could test the waters. Over the next few months he worked his way up. Hermes would test his mental acumen, while Ares would train him in various combat styles. Hestia would cook the finest meals. He would make conversation with Aphrodite the most though. He kept her attention because he was cute, and she was a good listener. The two grew close as lovers and she knew he was going to ask of her one day. Once he did, she only asked of him to take responsibility of the child when it came time. He agreed.

Adonis - she chose the name, Donnie was partial to it - was born and partially raised in the Olympic realms. He knew his father from rare trips to Earth. He didn't like the human's world, it wasn't as fun as his home! Still he got to know his father, little by little. On his sixteenth birthday, Adonis was left with his father. Aphrodite told Donnie that this time would come. Still it was only a few more years to his adulthood. This would be a sabbatical for Adonis. If he could live on Earth for a while and he really hated it, he could come back. Adonis was not opposed to this idea, live in the normal world. But this world wasn't normal! After a few vacations, sponsored by his father, Adonis noted the world was full of other 'gods'. They called themselves 'superheroes' but their power was great. Donnie enrolled Adonis into Claremont where he could get some training for his godlike powers.

Personality and Motivation

Adonis is cordial. There is no one he won't try to make a friend with. He's very much a sweet talker with the right words to say. People think his looks make him and seemingly nonviolent ways make him naive. While it his true that he's not book smart, his expertise is knowing the workings of the heart. Also, he's never met a string instrument he didn't want to play. Heart strings included. Some would call him a player in that regard, but he's heard no complaints!

His motivation is to become stronger. Socially as well as physically. The more hearts he has, the better. Being a hero endears you to more people than being a villain. So he's going with that.

Power Descriptions and Tactics

Adonis has no outward powers. He's strong and personal above mortal limits. His Olympian heritage makes him immune to the slings of mortal aging and sickness. His beauty is so much that it is never tarnished.. He's much faster than normal humans. And he can talk to his mother, Aphrodite, personally.

In a fight, he'll go in close and try to grab the villain, pinning them down. If that fails and he really has to get physical, he can and will. Just because he doesn't like to get physical doesn't mean he won't He's had training from Ares.in the art of combat. Which mean pure savage up close fighting. Punches, kicks, knees, elbows, headbutts. It ain't pretty, but it works.

Complications

Beauty IS Skin Deep: Adonis will sometimes take a project on. A person who he thinks needs some betterment. GM can give Adonis, to make him distracted.

Hubris: Once committed to a cause, ADONIS will not quit until he succeeds. Sometimes even if it's not in his best interest. GM can give Adonis HP to not quit, no matter the situation.

I'm Not A Playa I Just Crush A Lot: He's easily attracted to those guys and gals that are beautiful. If meeting a human beauty, GM can give Adonis HP to be be distracted.

Momma's Boy: Aphrodite has her son wrapped around her finger. He'd do anything for her. Being as they have a connection, that's very much a reality some times. Aphrodite can turn the story sideways if the GM wishes. She's fickle like that.
