kk, entirely cool don't know now much anything needs to be to count. and yes I intend to expand it, just wanna get some actual gaming in first.

Err, I didn't realize till just now that I had to list my 20Q, and art and wiki page in the thread list for it to be counted sorry about that, so I should have a couple more points.

Tendril doesn't have a history of working with anyone, but needs experience to get such a history.

"Steve this is not funny." Kelly shouted as she wandered out into the dark woods. "If your trying to scare me it's not going to work" "Steve!" A short distance away hiding behind a tree, Steve tried to stifle his chuckles. Ready to pounce when the girl came close enough. Kelly began to approach Steve's location in her wandering. "Steve, if Tina gets back before I find you We're just gonna leave you here! Steve? Are you alright?" Just then the boy jumped out in front of the young blonde shouting and waving his arms around. "RAWR!" Without a thought, Kelly reared back and punched him straight in the nose. The trickster dropped straight to the ground. Unconcious. It was only then that Kelly jerked with a start of surprise. "Oh man, are you serious? That was so stupid you big dork. Get up." She shook the boy but he did not wake. "Come on!" She tried to drag him but realized that he couldn't move the boy and didn't know which way to go to get back to the car. She checked to see that he was breathing. "Ok, I'll come back and find you with Tina." As she walked back towards the direction she believed the car to be, suddenly there came a light in the sky, Observers in other states recognized it as a small meteorite but Kelly did not notice the streaking object from the stars, till it struck her square in the back. She dropped to the ground unconscious.

High Above Earth Racing through the inky darkness of space at mind boggling speed tore a smooth teardrop shaped object. As it approached the gravitational pull of the Planet Earth, deep inside things began to change. Water stored deep inside the object shifted moving to the surface, the heat of the sun caused the water to boil becoming a jet of steam. This jet acted as a thruster turning the racing meteor toward the planet full of life below. As it grew closer to the gravity well of the planet, further water deep inside bubbles to the surface on the front, this further jet of steam slows the projectile from intersteller speed to a more reasonable entry speed and angle as it approaches the atmosphere.

Does your travel plans have to involve blowing up innocent animals? and punching things that didn't do anything to you?

"Steve your a dork." Kelly said to the boy trying to impress her. "I'm not a dork, I'm a nerd. Richest guy in the world is a nerd you know." "Yeah and his wife still has to put up with a nerd" Kelly spots John and Lainey getting in their car. "Guys, where you going? They're bringing more beer." "Oh hey Happy Birthday, Kelly we're gonna..." "..yeah we're just gonna go," "Uh, oh you know." "Yeah, you've been all over each other all night I know what your gonna do. But what about Steve, you brought him with you." "Ah come on Kels, He's the ultimate mood killer. You've got a car, he can ride with you." "That's Tina's and she took the keys." "Come on Kelly, we only got a few more hours till her mom gets up for work." "Yeah, I gotta get some before I go home." "Oh get outta here. Have fun." Kelly sat down on the hood of Tina's car and watched Lainey's car pull out of site. A cool breeze blew in a earthy scent, and she realized how dark it actually was out there with nothing but the moonlight, she silently cursed Tina for not leaving the keys. "Well I guess it is after midnight no longer my birthday." She looked around, "Um, Steve? Where did you go?"

"No way, I got money and a truck, B Double E, Double R, U, N." with that he headed off towards his truck. "Mark, your a dork," Kelly noticed Tina heading towards the truck. "Tina, where you going?" "Uh, duh, it's my cousin at the store, I gotta go or we can't buy the beer." "So your just gonna leave me alone out here huh?" "No, silly, Steve's here, and John and Lainey are here." Kelly looked at John and Lainey making out, "Great they'll be such good conversation." "Then it'll give you a chance to get to know Steve better." Just then Mark hooked the horn. "Gotta go sweets, I'll be back soon." A moment later the truck rolled away off down the gravel road.

May 13th 2011 Wooded Creekside 3 miles west of Liberty Kansas Three cars sit parked in the moonlight. Headlights on and radio blasting the censored version of Forget You. About a half dozen teens are gathered in the dancing and talking. "Happy birthday Kelly" said a teenage brunette cracking open a can of beer. "Thanks Tina, but I'm the birthday girl, I get the last beer" retorts the blonde snatching up the just opened can of beer. "Fine," replied Tina, "good thing Jared didn't show, I didn't want to have to kick his ass." "Thanks for playing the hero, but it's all good, he actually sent me a card. Told me he wished me a happy birthday and that he wouldn't bother me on my day. I'm over it, I hope that card meant he is too." Kelly stared off at the stars sipping her beer. "Oooo so what about Steve?" "What about him, just cuz I said I've moved on, doesn't mean I have to hop into another relationship right away. Besides, we graduate next week, you know I'm going to school out of state." "Who's talking about a relationship, I'm talking about tonight. It's been two months, I'd be climbing the walls." "Tina, I know you, you'd be climbing something but it wouldn't be walls." Kelly laughed. Just then another boy walked up, "Hey where's the beer?"

“Rich Royer here, and welcome to another edition of Twenty Question, above us that flash of green you see swinging from building to building is Tendril, a new heroine who has been patrolling the North End. I’ve managed to get an interview with this delicate flower.†With that Tendril swings down and lands on 4 long green vines catching her human body a few feet above the ground. The vines then lower her for a soft landing on the ground. “Hi†“Hello, thank you for accepting this interview. Can you start by a general discription of yourself so that our listeners on the radio will be able to recognize you?†“Oh, of course, Well the most obvious features are my green hair and this vines that extend from my back. Other than that I wear this 2 tone green costume and this mask to keep my identity secret.†“Surely there are not many other girls with green hair and vines?†“Surely not, but a girl has to have some secrets.†Tendril replied with a wink. “I notice your accent is midwestern, tell us where are you from?" "I'm from a small town in kansas, come to the big city where all the action happens." “I am from father,†“Yes but we’re not ready for them to know that yet.†"And what's your motivation for fighting crime in general?" "Oh Rich it's been a dream of mine since I was a little girl. I remember watching Lady Liberty on the national news.†A vine brushes idly brushes hair out of her eyes. “And what would you say is your greatest strengths and greatest weakness? “I’d say my greatest strength is my vines here, actually a symbiote, it is alive. Able to grow and reshape itself into a variety of plant forms. As for weakness we don’t do to well with herbicides and plants are somewhat flammable.†“Thank you, At the risk of sounding like a men’s magazine can you tell the viewers and listeners about your likes and dislikes, just let us get to know you better.†Tendril chuckles a bit, “Likes, Chocolate. Though I tend to eat less of it now than I used to.†A smile comes over her face as the symbiote reproduces the tastes and chemical reactions of chocolate for her. “As for dislikes, I hate it when people use their power to take advantage of those less fortunate then them, no matter where that power stems from.†“How about fears? Everyone has things they fear even heros.†“Fear someone finding this out about me..no..†“I guess Rich my biggest fear is coming across something that I know needs stopped and being powerless to do anything about it.†“What do you hope to achieve, what’s your greatest ambition?†“I hope to do good for the people of Freedom and the world, I hope to make the world a little nicer place to live in, and I guess someday settle down and have little seedlings†She said with a chuckle. “That brings us to mistakes, how about letting our viewers know about your biggest mistake, and what have you learned from it?†Tendril turns a bit red, “Well, this is embarrassing, but when I first came to freedom I noticed a mugger stealing woman’s purse. I quickly jumped in to help. Turns out, she had the gun. The purse was actually his. I learned that this city isn’t like the small town I grew up in.†Rich chuckles, “Did your family come with you from this small town? What are they like?†“Oh no, they’re still back in Kansas. Good thing too, my mom would just die if she knew what I was up to.†As she speaks one of her vines pulls at a park bench, she taps it and it stops raising up almost as if to look around. “Then I take it your family doesn’t know about your hero work. How do you think they’d feel about being a superhero?†“Well Rich, as I said, my mom would worry of course, they wouldn’t want me risking my life, but at the same time, they would be proud of me. My family always taught me to take care of others and do the right thing.†“So no one near by to worry about you? How about a lover?†“No, I’m single, and that’s not a call that I’m looking. Better to get settled into life here first.†“Well the young men of Freedom City will be happy to hear your single, but disappointed to hear you want to stay that way for a while. Sounds like a lonely life, are you a member of any of the superteams? Do you want to be?†“No, Haven’t really encountered that part of the hero lifestyle yet, but I’d love to join one, I’m rather social and that’s something that would be good for me. I have friends but haven't met any in the superhero trade yet.†“Tell us, your friends how would they describe you? A person’s friends often see them in a different light than they see themselves.†“Well I think most would describe me as sensible and down to earth, I know one who would say I’m a spoil sport and no fun. I hope they would describe me as a good christian girl.†A vine reaches up grabbing a lamppost and raises her a few inches off the ground, she hangs there suspended from the post continuing the interview without any interruption. “Well, then in that case let me ask you about matters of faith, Do you derive your powers from religion?†“Well, no, I mean, I never thought of it that way. I’m from the Heartland, being a good christian isn’t something you really think to much about it’s just always there. No, I’m not a holy warrior with powers give from god, no more than all gifts come that way.†“That brings us to the subject of magic and magical heros, how do you feel about them, any prejudices there?†“Well I guess that’s a gift that doesn’t come from the same source isn’t it? I’m not sure what I think about magic, I suppose there are good and bad in any group. You can’t judge.†“ And on the subject of mutants and aliens? How do you feel about them?†“Has our secret been found?†the symbiote echoes alert in her mind. “No, stay calm, it’s a generic question don’t worry.†“I think that we have to look back to the founding of our nation and be welcoming anyone who wants to come here in peace.†“So with all the moving and becoming a superhero, how you holding up?†“Well I’m excited, thrilled, sometimes scared and just generally amazed that it’s all real. I’m having a good time though, Rich.†Her vines twitch about a bit. “Do you consider yourself a role model?†“While I don’t want every girl to grow vines or dye her hair green, I do think little girls should be all that they can be and can follow my model of doing what they can to make the world a better place.†“What one piece of advice would you give yourself that you probably not take?†"That I'm not immortal, no matter what I feel like I can do I might need to be a little more careful sometimes"

Man, the whole group we had lined up in the other thread has hoped over here... Well since everyone is over here if there's room count me in,

Hi I'm Tendril, I work at a small computer repair shop. I run the place, so it means I can be online all the time, and can hang out in the chatroom alot, it also means I'm extremely busy all the time and so posts take time and planning as they are longer than a quick shot in the chatroom. I try to be gender neutral/ambiguous, just let me have my game I play D&D on tuesdays, and Shadowrun and BESM on alternate Saturdays. Been playing Rift but lost interest in it. MMOs in general don't hold my interest for long.

I'd like to get involved in this in some manor as well.

That's downright creepy, does it extend to secrets?

while it's not the only idea, I will say I like Cubist's first idea, and like it better than the second.

a group of 4 sounds good to me, Really I'll go for anything, Combat is good cuz Tendril is build well for it and I need the experience.
